Our most comprehensive coaching service which includes a structured and individualised training program, nutritional guidance and regular communication. This is best suited for those who want to do everything they can to achieve their goals and is recommended for those with competitive endeavours.

An individualised training program designed to support your goals. This is continuously adjusted based on the client’s response to training.

Nutritional guidance to support training and goals.

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION
Formal weekly communication with your coach in a check-in format. Training videos are analysed and feedback is provided. Your coach is available to contact via WhatsApp outside of these designated check in times as well. This helps keep client’s accountable and ensure they are progressing.

BLOCK COACHING
A service for those who are looking for structured and individualised training without the regular support from a coach. This is best suited for those who are competent with their training but would like some structure and accountability. This is not recommended for competition preparations.

START & END OF BLOCK REVIEW
At the end of week 1 of the block you will get a chance to review the program with your coach and make any final tweaks before you set off on your own. Another review will be held at the end of the block to assess its success and plan the next block.
