Matt is a physique coach and co-owner of Port Melbourne's best evidence based coaching facility, 3 Point Training. After playing semi-professional football for a decade Matt has been surrounded by high level strength and conditioning coaches, as well as nutritionists for physique related performance for quite some time. Along his 8+ years of in person coaching, Matt has developed a passion for physique related coaching. He combines aspects of science based guidelines, his own anecdote and arguably most important, the clients feedback to provide a client centred approach to coaching.

WILL HANSON
PHYSIQUE & TRANSFORMATIONS
Will is a physique coach and co-owner at 3 Point Training which is an evidence based PT studio that houses 8 coaches. After completing his degree in Exercise Science, Will moved to Melbourne to pursue further studies and PT part time. His business quickly grew and it was for that reason he decided to double down and make coaching his career. He has a track record of helping people lose body fat, build muscle and helping people (especially women) get out of dieting cycles and finally get the results they want. Importantly he works to ensure they enjoy the process and feel like they have his full support along the way.
